Advanced Support Options

Advanced support is available on a per incident basis. Each incident is limited to one hour of technician time, for the discussion and/or troubleshooting of advanced topics such as scripting, HyperCard conversion, preparing standalones, and managing external data. After checkout, you will be directed to a form for entering a description about your support issue, and how and when you wish to be contacted, subject to local business hours (Mon - Fri; 10AM - 5PM Pacific Time).
